Already registered with the employment office, but not yet actively looking for a new job, she received the job offer from SCHUBS from the employment office. In short, she was invited for an interview and was able to convince, despite her limited professional experience. “This is where you get a chance,” says Lena emphatically.

She has been here for 15 years now and has literally seen the company grow. Initially they were only a few employees and so she gained insights into many areas of the company such as sales, human resources, work preparation, purchasing, production and IT. “It never gets boring thanks to the ever new challenges,” smiles Lena.

She is particularly proud of the manuals she translated into Russian for a customer and the co-responsible introduction of the operating system and the associated employee training. Her technical studies were worth their weight in gold for these challenges.

Lena concludes: “What I particularly like about SCHUBS is the opportunities and freedom the company offers for further development. In addition, the appreciation and the associated willingness and flexibility to shape the job around the personal needs and life situation of the employees.”
